- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked pepperoni or sausage (optional)
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers or mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano, basil mix)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray or olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut dough into 4 equal rectangles or circles.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on one half of each dough piece.
- Layer mozzarella, ricotta, cooked meats, and veggies on top of the sauce. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over filling to create a half-moon shape. Press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
